Xiaolongbao ( /ˈʃaʊlɒŋˌbaʊ/ ) iku jinis Chinese steamed bun ( baozi ) saka Jiangsu provinsi, utamané gadhah Wuxi lan Shanghai (Shanghai yaiku sadurungé minangka bagéan saka Provinsi Jiangsu). Ing basa Shanghain, dheweke dikenal minangka siaulon moedeu utawa gaya xiaolong mantous [1] amarga masarakat Wu Chinese - sing guneman nganggo definisi tradisional "mantou", sing nuduhake roti sing diisi lan ora diisi.
