Poulet à la moambé utawa mung poulet moambe (basa Prancis kanggo "pitik saus butter sawit") minangka panganan pitik gurih sing populer ing Afrika Tengah lan dianggep minangka sajian nasional Republik Demokratik Kongo . Piring kasebut digawe kanthi nggabungake pitik, rempah-rempah lan butter kanggo nggawe konsistensi kaya rebus . Sawetara variasi lokal utawa regional ana ing saindenging Kongo lan Afrika Tengah; sajian uga dikenal ing njaba bawana.

Moambe poulet (basa Prancis kanggo "ayam ing saus butter sawit") [1] disiapake kanthi masak pitik ing moambe (butter sawit) lan bayem,[2] banjur dibumboni bumbu kaya peri-peri utawa mrica abang. Biasane disajeni nganggo ubi jalar, bawang coklat, endhog rebus lan saus sing digawe saka kacang aren.[3][4] Pitik moambe uga bisa diiringi nasi utawa pasta manioc ( singkong ).[5][6] Pitik bisa diganti karo bebek utawa iwak.[7]

Ayam Moambe dianggep minangka sajian nasional Republik Demokratik Kongo (sadurunge Zaire).[8] Iki uga dianggep minangka sajian nasional Gabon sing dikenal minangka poulet nyembwe, lan ing Angola sing diarani muamba de galinha ,[5] sanajan sajian Angolan asale "murni Brasil".[9] Iki minangka panganan khas rumah tangga umum ing Bèlgi .[10] Ayam muamba Angolan bisa ditemokake ing Portugal,[11] umpamane ing restoran Lisbon Shilabo's.[12]
