Masakan Asiria utamane padha karo masakan Irak / Mesopotamia, uga padha karo masakan Timur Tengah lan Kaukasia, uga masakan Yunani, masakan Levantine, masakan Turki, masakan Iran, masakan Israel, lan masakan Armenia, kanthi panganan sing paling akeh padha karo masakan daerah sing asale / asale wong Asiria kasebut.
