Kibbeh nayyeh utawa mentah kibbeh ( Arab: كبة نيئة ) yaiku wong Lewi [2] mezze . Iki kalebu wedhus mentah cincang dicampur karo bulgur lan rempah-rempah. Kibbeh nayyeh asring disajikake nganggo godhong mint, minyak zaitun, lan bawang ijo . Roti pita digunakake kanggo scoop. Kadhangkala disajeni nganggo saus bawang putih utawa minyak zaitun. Piring kasebut nduweni fleksibilitas unik amarga ana turahan sing dimasak, nggawe sajian sing beda.
