Sabzi Ghormeh ( Pèrsi: قورمه سبزی ; uga ditulis minangka sabzi qormeh) iku sawijining Iranian Herb godhok . Iki minangka panganan sing populer banget ing Iran . [1]

[besut | besut sumber]Bahan utama yaiku campuran ramuan tumis, sing umume kalebu peterseli, bawang utawa bawang ijo, lan ketumbar, dibumboni bumbu utama godhong fenugreek sing wis garing. Campuran ramuan duwe macem-macem variasi. Sayuran ijo pait peteng bisa digunakake, kayata kale, sayuran sawi, utawa sayuran empuk, sanajan ora kalebu bagean saka resep asli. [2]
Campuran iki dimasak nganggo kacang ginjel utawa kacang polong kuning, bawang kuning utawa abang, jeruk nipis ireng ( jeruk nipis Persia limu-Omani sing wis ditusuk), lan wedhus utawa daging sapi sing dikencengi kunyit . Piring kasebut banjur disedhiyakake karo chelow ( nasi parboiled lan kukus Persia) utawa liwat tahdig . [3] Vegetarian ghormeh sabzi bisa ngganti daging walnut utawa daging jamur.
