Shakoy ( Cebuano : syakoy; Filipino : siyakoy; Spanyol : siácoy; Hokkien :炸粿; Peh-OE-ji : tsia̍h-kue), uga dikenal minangka lubid-lubid ( "sethitik tali"), yaiku salah sawijining jinis panganan tradisional saka negara Filipino jero-goreng donat bengkong .
