Puto yaiku olahan saka Filipina arupa kukusan roti beras, tradisional saka fermentasi beras adhonan ( galapong ). Iki dipangan kaya utawa minangka regenerasi kanggo sawetara panganan utama (umume, dinuguan ). Puto uga minangka istilah payung kanggo macem-macem jinis kuwe kukus pribumi, kalebu sing digawé tanpa beras. Yaiku salah sawijining jinis kakanin ( jajan beras).[2][3]
