Pol sambola ( Sinhala ), utawa thenkai sambal ( Tamil ), yaiku salah sawijining jinis olahan panganan tradisional Sri Lankan sing digawe saka klapa, umume digunakake minangka iringan nasi, hopper, hopper lan kari.
