Uyah segara

Uyah sagara minangka uyah sing diasilake kanthi penguapan banyu laut.[1] Iki digunakake minangka bumbu ing panganan, masak, kosmetik lan kanggo nglestarekake panganan. Uga diarani uyah teluk,[2] uyah srengenge,[3] utawa mung uyah. Kaya uyah rock sing ditambang, produksi uyah sagara wiwit jaman biyen.
