Prau Yayoi (弥生?) iku prau panumpes klas Mutsuki kang kaanggo nalika Perang Donya II darbéné Wadya Sagara Kamaharajan Jepang. Aran prau iki saka jenengé wulan Maret.
Yayoi kapernahaké rikala 11 Januari 1924 déning Uraga Dock Company; banjur kababar rikala 11 Juli 1925. Prau iki pamangkuné Lètnan Kolonèl Seizo Wada.[1] Prau iki kèrem rikala 11 Sèptèmber 1942 cedhak Pulo Vakuta (08°45′S 151°25′E / 8.750°S 151.417°E).[2]
