Mirza Ghassemi utawa Mirza Qassemi (basa Persia : میرزاقاسمی) minangka panganan pembuka Iran utawa utama adhedhasar tandoori utawa aubergine panggang (terong), beda karo wilayah Iran Lor lan Laut Kaspia ( khususe provinsi Gilan ). Iki dikenal minangka Celup Terong Persia ing negara-negara Kulon . [1]
Piring kasebut kalebu aubergine sing dibumboni bawang putih, tomat, minyak utawa mentega, uyah lan mrico sing diikat karo endhog. Bisa disiyapake minangka sajian kaserol, lan biasane disajikake nganggo roti utawa nasi. Varian sing digawe nganggo zucchini tinimbang aubergine diarani Kadoo Ghasemi.
