Kue bahulu utawa baulu ( Jawi : باهولو ) minangka salah sawijining jajanan tradisional Melayu ( kue / kuih ) sing padha karo kue madeleine sanajan bentuke bunder lan bahane beda. [2] [3] Kasedhiya ana ing telung versi, sing paling umum yaiku bahulu cermai (bentuke lintang) lan bahulu gulung sing luwih angel dipahami (bentuke kaya gulung) lan lapis bahulu (berlapis). Bahulu dipercaya asale saka Semenanjung Melayu sajrone jaman penjajahan lan minangka korupsi tembung Malaccan Kristang (wong Portugis-Eurasia), bolu sing artine kue. Biasane diselenggarakake nalika Idul Fitri uga ing Taun Anyar Cina .
