Compote utawa compôte [1] (Prancis kanggo campuran ) minangka panganan cuci mulut sing asale saka Eropa abad pertengahan,  digawe saka woh -wohan utuh utawa buah ing sirup gula . Woh-wohan wutuh dimasak ing banyu kanthi gula lan rempah-rempah . Sirup bisa dibumboni vanilla, lemon utawa kulit jeruk, teken utawa bubuk kayu manis , cengkeh, rempah-rempah liyane, kacang almond, parutan klapa, woh-wohan utawa kismis . Compote disajikake kanthi anget utawa adhem.
