Tonkatsu umume disajik karo kubis abon. Umume dipangan nganggo jinis saos coklat kenthel sing diarani saos tonkatsu utawa cukup sōsu (saos), karashi (mustar), lan bisa uga irisan lemon. Biasane disajeni nganggo beras, sup miso lan tsukemono lan dipangan nganggo sumpit. Bisa uga disajikake karo ponzu lan daikon parut tinimbang saus tonkatsu. [1]
Saliyane disajikake minangka sajian, digunakake kanggo ngisi sandwich utawa kombinasi karo kari .
