Smørrebrød ( Danish pronunciation: [ˈSmɶɐ̯ˌpʁœðˀ] ; Originally smør og brød, "butter and roti" [1] ) minangka roti lapis tradisional Skandinavia [2] sing biasane kalebu potongan roti rai ( rugbrød ), roti coklat tuwa sing padhet, paling ndhuwur karo komersial utawa ngethok adhem krasan, rajangan daging utawa iwak, keju utawa nyebar, lan hiasan.
