Mesjid Lala Mustafa Pasha (Grikenlan: Τέμενος Λαλά Μουσταφά Πασά Temenos Lalá Moustaphá Pasá, Basa Turki: Lala Mustafa Paşa Camii), biyen dikenal minangka Katedral Santo Nikolas lan banjur kuwi minangka Mesjid Santa Sofia (Ayasofya) Mağusa, yaiku bangunan abad pertengahan paling gedhe ing Famagusta, Siprus.
