Susu kondensasi yaiku susu sapi kang diombe ngemot 60% banyu. Paling asring ditemokaké anggoné ngombé ditambah gula, nganti kasebut sweetened condensed milk (SCM), utawa kasebut susu kenthel legi kang bisa digunakaké saben dina. [1] SCM minangka produk kang awét lan legi banget. Susu ing wadhah kaleng bisa tahan nganti pirang-pirang taun tanpa kulkas yen ora dibukak. Produk kasebut digunakaké ing sajian panganan pirang-pirang negara. [2]
