Prau Isuzu (五十鈴, Prau Isuzu^?) iku prau dlajah ènthèng klas Nagara kang kaanggo nalika Perang Donya II darbéné Wadya Sagara Kamaharajan Jepang. Aran prau iki saka jenengé Kali Isuzu ing Chubu, Jepang.

Isuzu kapernahaké rikala 10 Agustus 1920 déning Uraga Dock Company; banjur kababar rikala 29 Oktober 1921. Prau iki kinepyakaké rikala 15 Agustus 1923 ing pamangkuné kolonèl Takenori Ishiwata. Prau iki kèrem rikala 7 April 1945 cedhak Sumbawa (07°38′S 118°09′E).
