Popiah ( Pe̍h-ōe-jī ) yaiku gulung musim semi seger gaya Fujianese / Teochew . Popiah asring dipangan ing provinsi Fujian ing China (biasane ing Xiamen ) lan Chaoshan tetanggane (lan Teochew lan Hoklo diaspora ing maneka wilayah ing saindenging Asia Tenggara) lan ing Taiwan (amarga mayoritas wong Taiwan dadi Hoklo), nalika Festival Qingming .
