Mas riha umume dipangan nganggo nasi putih dikukus, nanging yen dipangan sarapan disuguhi roti lapis roshi lan dipangan bareng teh panas.
Preparasi
[besut | besut sumber]Kari iki biasane dimasak nganggo tuna sing seger, biasane kaṇḍumas ( tuna skipjack ), nanging uga kanneli ( tuna kuning kuning ) utawa laṭṭi ( tunik cilik ). Iwak kasebut dicincang lan dimasak bareng ing geni sing asor karo campuran bawang goreng lan rempah-rempah sing ditambahake banyu. Kari kari kari mung sawetara lan santen ditambah nalika pungkasan proses masak.
