Khanom khrok
Khanom khrok is a small coconut hotcakes. They are made on a special cast-iron pan with indentations and two halves are eventually stuck to one another to form the finished mini-pancake. They can have different fillings or additives: sometimes sweet, sometimes savoury such as chives giving the sweet khanom khrok a surprising taste sensation.

Khanom khrok utawa pancake beras klapa (basa Thai: ขนมครก , kocapan [kʰā.nǒm kʰrók] ) minangka panganan cuci mulut tradisional Thailand . [1] Dheweke disiapake kanthi nyampur glepung beras, gula, lan santen kanggo adonan. Biasane, khanom khrok kasusun saka rong adonan, siji asin lan siji legi, sing kalorone dimasak ing jubah pemanas – wajan sing wajan panas. Sawise dadi panas, khanom khrok bakal dijupuk saka jubah lan adonan loro setengah bunder dadi wujud bunder.

Khanom khrok wangi, legi lan teksture uga alus saka santen. Olahan sing padha uga bisa ditemokake ing Bangladesh, Myanmar (ing endi dikenal minangka mont lin maya ), Laos, Kamboja, India Selatan (ing endi diarani Paddu, Paniyaram utawa Gundpongalu) lan Indonesia (ing endi diarani serabi ).
