Eru minangka sup saka Kamerun . Iki minangka keahlian khusus masarakat Bayangi, ing wilayah Manyu ing Kamerun kidul-kulon. Yaiku sup sayur sing digawe saka godhong eru utawa okok sing wis dirobek . Eru kasebut diresiki nganggo waterleaf utawa bayam, minyak sawit, uga iwak asap, kulit sapi (kanda) utawa daging sapi. Sajian iki biasane dipangan nganggo banyu-fufu utawa garri sing difermentasi .
