Nam phrik long ruea ( Thai: น้ำพริกลงเรือ ; kocapan [nám pʰrík lōŋ rɯa̯] ) minangka sajian khas Thailand, sajenis gorengan nam phrik (saus celup) sing biasane dipangan karo sayuran. Iki digawe pisanan dilayani ing jaman Raja Rama V (1868–1910) nalika plancong menyang kraton Suan Sunanddha. Para juru masak bakal nggoreng phrik nam kanthi macem-macem bahan sing isih ana ing pawon, kayata pla duk fu ( lele garing), daging babi lan sayuran sing legi.
