Mosbolletjies /mɒsˈbɒləki/ yaiku salah sawijining olahan tradisional Afrikaner utawa Cape Walanda manis-bun utawa roti tradisional ing wilayah Anggur saka Cape Western provinsi Afrika Kidul. [1] [2] Jeneng kasebut asale saka Afrikaans lan gabungan saka mos (basa Afrikaans kanggo "must" utawa jus anggur sing ora diisi ) lan bolletjies (Afrikaans kanggo "bal" utawa "buns"). Mosbolletjies bisa dikeringake kanggo nggawe rusuhan . Roti biasane disuguhake teh utawa kopi.
