Khao kha mu ( Thai: ข้าวขาหมู , kocapan [kʰâːw kʰǎː mǔː], surem .: 'nasi sikil babi'; Chinese , pinyin : zhū jiǎo fàn ), utawa kadang diarani kha mu ( ขาหมู ), minangka panganan Thailand sing populer. Pangaribawa saka masakan Tionghoa, khusus masakan Teochew . [1]

Khao kha mu minangka sajian individu sing kalebu trotter babi rebus ing bumbu panas kenthel bumbu (sawetara resep dicampur karo bubuk koko utawa kacang rebus [2] [3] ), banjur bakal dipotong dadi irisan lancip lan dilebokake ing beras kukus. Sajian kasebut disajikake karo endhog jagung sing dibumboni setengah rempah-rempah, selada jeruk cilik lan sok-sok dikepang karo mrica cabai mripat seger lan siung papak ing sisih. Kadhang kala dipangan nganggo sup duduh kaldu sing jelas.
