Helen Elizabeth Clark ONZ SSI PC (lair 26 Fèbruari 1950; umur 72 taun) yaiku pulitikus Niu Selan sing ngejabat minangka mahamantri Niu Selan ka-37 saka 1999 nganti 2008, lan administrator Program Pembangunan Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa saka 2009 nganti 2017.
