Daging babi Dongpo ( traditional Chinese ) yaiku salah sawijining jinis olahan arupa sajian Hangzhou [1] sing digawe nganggo wajan lan banjur masak daging babi abang. Cangkem uga tutuk berminyak nanging ora lemu lan lawuhe wangi anggur . Piring kasebut dijenengi sawise pujangga Dinasti Song lan Su Dongpo gastronome . [3]
