Daab Chingri (basa Banggala: ডাব চিংড়ি ), uga dikenal kanthi jeneng Chingri Daab (basa Banggala: চিংড়ি ডাব ) yaiku kari udang benggala, dimasak lan disajekake klapa ijo . [1] [2] [3] [4] 

Bahan-bahan utamane yaiku udang gedhe, klapa ijo sing lembut karo malai, uga minyak mentega utawa ghee utawa mustar, bawang, bubuk kunyit, lombok ijo sing dicincang, tempel bawang putih, lan tempel jahe sing dibumboni rempah-rempah.
