San-nakji
San-nakji (산낙지) yaiku macem-macem olahan mentah sing digawe saka gurita lengen dawa (gurita minor), spesies gurita cilik sing diarani nakji ing basa Korea lan kadang dijarwakake dadi "gurita bayi" amarga ukurane cukup cilik dibandhingake gurita raksasa (Enteroctopus dofleini).[1] Gurita paling asring dipateni sadurunge dipotong cilik-cilik lan disajikake, kanthi aktivitas saraf ing tentakel gurita nggawe potongan-potongan kasebut obah ing piring nalika disedhiyakake.[2][3][4] Sistem saraf gurita sing kompleks banget, kanthi rong pertiga neuron sing dilokalisasi ing tali saraf ing tangane, ngidini gurita nuduhake macem-macem tumindak refleks sing tetep sanajan ora ana input saka utek.[5][6] Kurang umume, gurita langsung dipangan kabeh.
