Skordalia utawa skordhalia utawa skorthalia (basa Yunani: σκορδαλιά[skorðaˈʎa], uga disebut αλιάδα, aliada / aliatha), yaiku salah sawijining puree (sauce, daptar acara, panyebaran, etc.) ing masakan Yunani tradisional dening nggabungke ulig bawang karo basa gedhe banget (asring ing gedhe ing cowèk lan ulekan ) - kang uga puree saka kentang (utamané ing Langkawi ), walnuts, almonds utawa direndhem cuweran emulsi, kanggo kang sawetara cuka ditambahake.
