Posisi koordhinat & tagline "Saka Wikipédia Jawa" mari

Changing "Tepas" to "Wikipedia:Pendhapa"

@Billinghurst: Hi, I need your help to edit the Javanese Wikipedia mainpage interface. As per this, the mainpage is renamed from "Tepas" to "Pendhapa". The namespace is also altered to Wikipedia:, so the mainpage is moved from "Tepas" to "Wikipedia:Pendhapa". I found a problem that I have no right to edit this page, so I need your help to change the word "Tepas" (line 2 to 7) into "Wikipedia:Pendhapa". Thank you!
