Bún bò Huế (pocapan [ɓun˧˥ ɓɔ˧˩ hwe˧˥] ) utawa bún bò yaiku sup Vietnam populer sing ngemot bihun ( bún ) lan daging sapi ( ). Gobis ungu sing diiris tipis bisa diganti nalika kembang banana ora kasedhiya. Gobis ungu paling mirip tekstur mekar gedhang, sanajan ora rasane. Saus iwak lan saus udang ditambahake ing sup miturut roso. Bahan kasebut bisa uga beda-beda miturut wilayah amarga kasedhiyan kasebut.
